BORDEAUX BLANC SEC 2012

BORDEAUX BLANC SEC 2012

Bordeaux Blanc Sec 2012

Lovely very pale, clear, brilliant yellow-white colour with green tints. The pleasant nose expresses aromas of summer fruit (pear, peach, apricot) and exotic fruit (pineapple, papaya) combined with floral notes of jonquil, jennet and boxwood. Slighty fizzy attack in mouth, becoming soft and delicate, with a pleasant liveliness and good balance which persists in the long finish with fresh, fruity flavours.

  • Grape Varieties :

60% Sauvignon (Sauvignon brings the fruity aromas and freshness)
30% Sémillon (Semillon the rounded and refined factor)
10% Muscadelle (Muscadelle gives the floral bouquet to the wine).

  • Soil :

    Clay limestone

  • Aging Potential :

  • Vinifications traditionnelles :
