The Château de Bonhoste, certified High Environmental Value (French Environmental Label) Since 2013, he has managed his vineyard using traditional cultivation methods and... reasoned struggle. Indeed, they select and control yields, optimizing maturity in order to preserve the authenticity during breeding and to develop a better expression of the qualities of the terroir.
