Rosé is a macerated wine; we vinify it using a pressing method:

• Pressed rosé: the grapes are pressed to extract the juice and the desired color. This juice is then placed in a vat where the alcoholic fermentation.

This alcoholic fermentation lasts on average 15 daysand it is temperature-regulated at a low temperature in order to extract a Maximum aroma Fresh and fruity.

Consumption

Serving temperature approximately 8°C.

Tasting

A bright, clear, and brilliant red wine with transparent highlights. The nose is clean, fruity, and floral with notes of fresh red berries (blackcurrant and redcurrant). Slightly effervescent on the attack, supple and tender, with good balance and a pleasant finish with hints of English sweets.
