Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc each contribute their distinct characteristics to the wine. Merlot provides body and roundness, Cabernet Sauvignon richness and structure (tannins), and Cabernet Franc adds finesse and suppleness.

Red wine is a macerated wineThat's why we're going to leave it in contact the pulp, the skin of the berries as well as the seeds. During alcoholic fermentation, we will carry out reassemblies in order to extract aromas and structures.
This alcoholic fermentation lasts on average 3 weeks.
Serving temperature approximately 16°C.
A beautiful ruby-colored wine with pinkish highlights, bright and clear. The nose is clean and expressive, marked by aromas of red fruit with mineral notes. The palate is supple and round, with red fruit notes that linger on the finish.
