Merlot provides body and roundness, Cabernet Sauvignon provides richness and structure (tannin), and Cabernet Franc brings finesse and suppleness.
70% Merlot – 20% Cabernet Sauvignon – 10% Cabernet Franc
Red wine is a macerated wineThat's why we're going to leave it in contact the pulp, the skin of the berries as well as the seeds. During alcoholic fermentation, we will carry out reassemblies in order to extract aromas and structure. This alcoholic fermentation lasts on average 15 days.
50% blend aged in oak barrels for 12 months, the remaining 50% is made like the classic cuvée.
Best enjoyed within 7 years. Serving temperature approximately 16°C. For younger vintages, 14-15°C.
A lovely garnet robe with pinkish highlights, bright and clear. The nose is clean, with aromas of red fruits (blackcurrant, redcurrant) and toasty notes. The palate is full-bodied, supple and balanced, with silky tannins and fruity notes on the finish.
