The grape varieties: 100% Merlot

Harvest & Winemaking: For this vintage, we will select the best grapes from each plot. Red wine is a macerated wineThat's why we're going to leave it in contact the pulp, the skin of the berries as well as the seeds. During alcoholic fermentation, we will practice the pigeage in order to gently extract aromas and structure. This alcoholic fermentation lasts on average 15 days.

Breeding : Dance new oak barrels, for a period of 24 months.

Consumption: Best enjoyed within 10 years. Serving temperature approximately 16°C. For younger vintages, 14-15°C.

Tasting

A beautiful garnet robe, deep with violet highlights. The nose expresses a bouquet of red and black fruits with notes of cocoa. The palate is silky, with very good complexity.

Food and wine pairings

Roast pheasant, braised shoulder of lamb, beef tournedos, duck breast and grilled rib of beef.
