Concerned about our environment, we started 4 years ago, to reduce sulphites in our wines. This cuve e SO² Libre is the result, since we wanted to combine tradition and innovation by producing our first cuve without added sulphites.
What is SO²? In wine, sulphites are in the form of SO², which is why we have given this cuve the name SO², associated with this notion of freedom, since this cuve e is free of sulphites, and therefore FREE.

Harvest & Vinification :
The red wine is a maceration wine, so we will leave in contact the pulp, the skin of the berries as well the seeds. During alcoholic fermentation, pumping over is carried out to extract aromas and structures. This alcoholic fermentation lasts on average 3 weeks.

Operating temperature approx. 14-15 ° C.
Ruby color with violet hues, limpid, brilliant. The nose is marked by aromas of cassis, plum and black cherry. The mouth finds the freshness of the fruits, a supple, round and unctuous wine.
